Early Access & Pilot Evaluation
Clan Fortify is an in-development defensive operations service provided for Early Access and partner testing. Features and capabilities may evolve, be modified, or undergo maintenance. We reserve the right to modify or suspend service access as needed during testing.
Early Access & Capacity
Access levels can limit connected clans, active base storage, monthly PDF imports, and per-user upload volume to protect service availability. If a family exceeds its allowance, existing records and base libraries remain safe, but additional clans or imports may be paused.
Your responsibilities
You must use Clan Fortify only in Discord servers, clans, and Clash of Clans accounts you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and server permissions. You agree not to reverse engineer the service, interfere with bot operations, or upload inappropriate, unlawful, offensive, sexually explicit, harmful, harassing content, or material that violates third-party rights.
Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of layout links, base images, PDF packs, and custom notes uploaded to Clan Fortify. By uploading content, you grant Clan Fortify a limited license to process, temporarily store, format, and display that content to authorized members of your family or clan for service operation. Source PDFs and rejected or abandoned candidate images may be deleted automatically under the retention policy, while approved base images remain available through the private library. Feedback provided to Clan Fortify may be used freely to improve the product.
Third-Party Services & Fan Content Policy
Clan Fortify relies on third-party APIs including Discord and Supercell’s Clash of Clans. Use of Clan Fortify requires compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service. Clan Fortify is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Supercell. Clash of Clans and its logos are trademarks of Supercell.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Clan Fortify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for high uptime and accurate defensive tracking, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or zero errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clan Fortify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.
Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Clan Fortify for violations of these terms, unauthorized bot usage, or security risks to our platform.
