Roles & help
Who can do what, and what to try when something goes wrong. More help: /fortify → Profile and Help, or the YouTube videos.
Roles
| Role | Can use |

| Player | My Accounts, My Bases and Profile and Help. They only see their own bases. |
| Member | Player tools plus Base Library, status, rosters, scouting and profile. |
| Reviewer | Member tools plus base review, import jobs and pack management. |
| Leader | Clan setup, members, War, CWL, Ranked, packs and scouting settings. |
| Owner | Everything a Leader can, plus Owner Settings and the persistent hubs. |
The Owner maps Discord roles to these levels in /fortify → Owner Settings. The Owner can also post a Member Hub or Leader Hub in a channel. It's just a doorway: each person still gets their own private panel.
After changing roles, open the Member Hub with a normal account and check that leader tools stay hidden.
Fixes
Commands or dashboard don't show up
Check the bot's slash-command and channel permissions, then restart Discord.
Clan or roster looks out of date
Owners use Sync All Clans. In War or CWL, press Refresh, then check Roster.
Scouting shows no data for a player
Press Refresh Data. If the player has no recent public battles, "unobserved" is expected.
A player isn't linked
They can use My Accounts or /link account. A Leader can link them in Members & Account Links.
An assignment DM failed
Ask the player to allow DMs from the server. Then use More actions → Send pending assignments, or resend to one player. They can also open My Bases.
Old confirm buttons are disabled
A new assignment replaces the old one. Use the newest DM or My Bases.
A PDF import is waiting
Open Packs & Vendors → Import Jobs, fix any wrong bases and publish the good ones.
No bases show up in search
Widen the filters, check the Town Hall and tags, and make sure the base is active and you're allowed to see it.
Results are missing
Open More actions → Results and refresh. The base must have been assigned before the attack.
